Returns: Our company prides its self on quality, value and service. Within 30 days we will guarantee every item to your satisfaction. If not completely satisfied you may return it upon conditions as follows:
Non Defective Merchandise must meet the following conditions for a return acceptance.
· Merchandise must be in it's original package
Merchandise which does not meet this requirement will not be accepted.
* Non defective merchandise returns will occur a 20% restocking fee
* Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable except for manufacturer defects. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer (except for manufacturer's defects). We suggest you obtain a tracking number for your return shipment.
Returning a Purchase: Returns must be approved and assigned a return of merchandise authorization number (RMA) by emailing us at info@widevarietystore.com, or phone 610-863-7366. All unauthorized return shipments will be refused. Your refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the product in our warehouse. Please allow 10 -14 days for your return to be credited or exchange made. Please send your package prepaid and insured to the following address:
